A Great Start to My Week

I had my Reiki session with Rosie first thing on a Monday morning...what a start to the week! The session itself was really relaxing both physically and mentally, I felt totally at peace. That feeling of peace stayed with me for the rest of the day and over the next couple of days.

Rosie also identified a creativity in me that I haven't harnessed for ages - time to get making!
